We’re excited to celebrate the announcement of Round 2 of the Victorian Toy Library Grants Program, which will fund two brand new toy libraries alongside support for existing services across the state.
The new toy libraries in Roxburgh Park and Seymour will bring families together, providing affordable access to quality toys that inspire play and learning. These hubs will become places for local connection, where children can explore, parents and carers can connect, and communities can thrive.
Across Victoria, 43 existing toy libraries are also set to launch exciting projects - from refreshing toy collections and expanding programs to improving systems and outreach - all with the goal of increasing access, boosting engagement, and strengthening their role as vital community hubs.
This investment by the Victorian Government recognises the essential role toy libraries play — building stronger, more resilient communities while ensuring every child has the chance to learn through play.
We look forward to seeing the growth and impact of these services in the years ahead.
