DISABILITY PROGRAM MANAGER AND OFFICERS

Toy Libraries Australia is recruiting for a new Disability Program team that will develop community toy libraries as accessible services for children with disability and their families to foster inclusion and community connection. This $1.5m program is the most important project ever undertaken by Australian toy libraries. The 2-year permanent part-time roles can be based anywhere in Australia and have flexible working hours.

People with disability and carers of children with disability are encouraged to apply.

Position descriptions for roles:

VOLUNTEERING PROGRAM OFFICER(S)

The Volunteering Project Officer(s) will be responsible for the delivery of a 12 month project that will support people with disabilities and women experiencing isolation and discrimination (particularly refugee women) to get meaningful work experience at 20 toy libraries across Australia. The role can be a full-time role or two part-time/job share roles and be based anywhere in Australia. People with disability, carers of children with disability, First Nations people and people from a CALD background are encouraged to apply.

Position description: Volunteering Program Officer (18-38 hours/week)
